So we’re going through all the uploads to make sure no one has uploaded any of the following files:

• Porn
• Torrents
• Copyrighted MP3’s
• Misc illegal files IE: Keygens, pirated software, etc

Users who have previously uploaded these files will have their accounts closed, other users will receive 1 warning!

If you have anything uploaded to kttns.org that falls under any of the previously stated files then please remove them.

Since we’re not accepting new registrations at the moment, a lot of users are confused on why they still have invites, and a lot of them are still trying to trade them for other invite-only sites.

For this reason and others everyones invite count is now 0.

But don’t fret, if we do open registrations again your invite count will be returned.

We at kttns.org felt it was a necessary time to close new registrations until further notice.

Current users will be able to keep their accounts and use them actively.

We are also issuing a couple of rules for file uploads.

- No pirated software, keygens, cracks, etc.

- No Copyrighted Music files (Don’t try and be sneaky with zip files)

Anyone with any of these types of files on their account will be issued 1 warning, and if it pusists you will have your account disabled.

Over the next few weeks we will be going through the current files and deleting any that break these rules.

We regret having to set these rules but due to recent events we are forced to monitor file uploads more closely.

Alright this is for those of you who haven’t seen or heard..

A few nights ago we update kttns.org!

In those updates we added some new functionality

• Groups Feature - You can now group your files the way you want!
• Smart Groups - Too lazy to make your own groups and organize the files? We’ll do it for you!
• Ability to change file names (But not URLS) - Just click on the file name in your list, type, hit enter or click away! Bam! Updated!
• A semi-refreshed main page - Smaller, added paging, added groups..
• Some bug fixes, and security updates.

We also added a link to the new widget made by SaiZn which adds photoshop integration and the ability to capture your screen right from the widget!!

Also for those who haven’t noticed or don’t care, a few weeks ago we fixed the auto logout time. You’ll now stay logged in! I heard too many complaints about having to re-login every time, and was personally getting annoyed with it myself!

Phew! This update was one of the many to come in the near future. We have some really new and exciting stuff planned so make sure you check back often to see what’s going on!

Kttns.org acquires Itiz.in

We are very excited to announce that Kttns.org has acquired itiz.in. We have been in talks to make this acquisition official and are very please to make the announcement today that its 100% official and confirmed.

For itiz.in users, this means more bandwidth, faster speeds and more storage space, as well as many new features coming down the pipeline. We are currently in the process of moving the site and database to our servers. We are planning on doing this quickly and will do everything we can to limit any downtime during this process, we understand many of you rely on this service and plan on meeting those needs.

For kttns.org users, nothing will be changing for you, the same great service you are used to will continue to function as usual.
